We service your Volkswagen according to the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule, using original or equivalent-quality parts and oils that meet the manufacturer’s requirements. You get a cost estimate before any work starts and a report on your car’s condition.
Warranty and dealer service: under EU competition rules, a new car warranty does not require servicing at a franchised dealer, as long as the service follows the manufacturer’s instructions and uses parts of matching quality. IVERA is not an authorised dealer but an independent VW Group specialist.

Will my VW factory warranty stay valid if IVERA services the car?
Under EU competition rules, the warranty does not require dealer servicing as long as the car is serviced to the manufacturer’s schedule with parts of matching quality – which is exactly how we work.
Do you repair Volkswagen DSG gearboxes?
Yes. DSG gearboxes are our speciality – mechatronic repair from €930 with a 1-year warranty.
