We service your Audi according to the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule, using original or equivalent-quality parts and oils that meet the manufacturer’s requirements. You get a cost estimate before any work starts and a report on your car’s condition.
Warranty and dealer service: under EU competition rules, a new car warranty does not require servicing at a franchised dealer, as long as the service follows the manufacturer’s instructions and uses parts of matching quality. IVERA is not an authorised dealer but an independent VW Group specialist.

Frequently asked questions
Is Audi S tronic the same as DSG?
Yes. S tronic is Audi’s name for the same dual-clutch technology that VW, Skoda and Seat call DSG. The S tronic gearboxes in, for example, the A1 and A3 belong to the same DQ family.
Will my Audi warranty stay valid if IVERA services the car?
Under EU competition rules, the warranty does not require dealer servicing as long as the car is serviced to the manufacturer’s schedule with parts of matching quality – which is exactly how we work.
