Warranty and dealer service: under EU competition rules, the new-car warranty does not require servicing at a franchised dealer as long as the service follows the manufacturer’s instructions and uses equivalent-quality parts. IVERA is an independent VAG specialist, not an authorised dealer.

Does my VW, Audi or Skoda warranty stay valid if you service the car?
We service the car according to the manufacturer’s schedule with equivalent-quality parts. Under EU competition rules the warranty then does not require servicing at a franchised dealer.
Do you repair DSG gearboxes?
Yes. DSG gearboxes are our speciality – mechatronic repair from €850 with a 1-year warranty.
