Dealer-quality service without dealer prices
Your BMW’s scheduled service does not have to be done at a BMW dealer. We follow the manufacturer’s instructions, use oils with BMW approvals (e.g. Longlife-01, -04 and -17FE+) and original or equivalent-quality parts. You get a cost estimate before the work and a report on the car’s condition.
Warranty stays valid: under EU competition rules, a new car warranty does not require dealer servicing when the service follows the manufacturer’s instructions and uses parts of matching quality. IVERA is an independent workshop, not an authorised BMW dealer.
If your car has an active BMW Service Inclusive contract, the services it covers are done at the dealer under the contract terms – once it ends, we service the car for less.

BMW service intervals and the CBS reminder
On a BMW the service interval is not fixed: the CBS system (Condition Based Service) calculates it from driving style and wear. The dashboard shows separate due dates for engine oil, brakes, brake fluid and vehicle inspection.
- Engine oil: CBS may show up to 2 years or about 25,000–30,000 km. In Finnish conditions – cold starts and short trips – we recommend an oil change about every 15,000 km or once a year.
- Brake fluid: usually every 2 years regardless of mileage.
- Service reminder reset: we reset the CBS reminders with diagnostic equipment during the service.

1 Series, 2 Series, 3 Series, 4 Series, 5 Series, X1, X2, X3, X4, X5 and Mini models – routine service and repairs on petrol, diesel and hybrid models. Familiar engines include the N13, N20 and B48 (petrol) and the N47, N57 and B47 (diesel).

Will my BMW warranty stay valid if IVERA services the car?
Under EU competition rules, the warranty does not require dealer servicing as long as the car is serviced to the manufacturer’s schedule with parts of matching quality – which is exactly how we work.
What is the difference between a BMW dealer and IVERA?
The service follows the same maintenance schedule with the same oil approvals. The dealer is authorised by BMW; IVERA is an independent workshop – usually more affordable and more flexible with scheduling.
How much does a BMW scheduled service cost?
At IVERA a BMW scheduled service costs from €289 for 4-cylinder and from €319 for 6-cylinder engines (incl. BMW-approved oil, oil filter and cabin filter). Tell us your registration number for an exact price.
Do you service Minis?
Yes. Mini is part of the BMW Group and we service Minis with the same expertise – including the well-known Mini timing chain jobs.
