Fiat Ducato service and timing belt replacement
We service the Fiat Ducato to the manufacturer’s schedule and replace timing belts on 2.0, 2.3 and 2.8 litre Multijet and JTD diesels.
Ducato-based motorhomes too – there is no height limit, as long as the vehicle fits the lift by length and weight.
Ducato timing belt replacement
In the Ducato’s diesel engines a broken timing belt usually destroys the engine, so the belt should be replaced at the manufacturer’s interval. We also replace the tensioner, idlers and, where needed, the water pump. On motorhomes that are driven little, the time limit is often reached before the mileage limit.

Ducato service and intervals
Fiat Ducato – timing belt interval: it depends on the engine and model year, and it is given both in kilometres and in years (whichever comes first). We check the manufacturer’s interval with your registration number – tell us the mileage and when the belt was last replaced. Vans that are driven a lot or idle for long periods should have the belt replaced in good time.
Which vans fit our lift? Up to length class L2 and a gross weight of 4.5 tonnes (including the load). There is no height limit, so high-roof models are fine. The longest Sprinters and Crafters (L3/L4) unfortunately do not fit – ask with your registration number if unsure.
