Same platform – the engine can vary
The Toyota Proace has been built on the same base as the Peugeot Expert and Citroën Jumpy from the start; the newer Opel Vivaro (2019→) and the passenger versions belong to the same family. The same model can still have different engines (for example 1.5, 1.6 or 2.0 HDi/BlueHDi), and the timing belt interval and price depend on the engine. That is why we always check the engine and interval with the registration number.

Timing belt interval for the Proace and its sister models
Toyota Proace, Peugeot Expert, Citroën Jumpy and Opel Vivaro – timing belt interval: it depends on the engine and model year, and it is given both in kilometres and in years (whichever comes first). We check the manufacturer’s interval with your registration number – tell us the mileage and when the belt was last replaced. Vans that are driven a lot or idle for long periods should have the belt replaced in good time.
Which vans fit our lift? Up to length class L2 and a gross weight of 4.5 tonnes (including the load). There is no height limit, so high-roof models are fine. The longest Sprinters and Crafters (L3/L4) unfortunately do not fit – ask with your registration number if unsure.
