Warranty and dealer service: under EU competition rules, a new car warranty does not require servicing at a franchised dealer, as long as the service follows the manufacturer’s instructions and uses parts of matching quality. IVERA is an independent workshop, not an authorised Mercedes-Benz dealer.

Do you use Mercedes-Benz approved oils?
Yes. We choose the oil by the engine’s MB approval (for example MB 229.51 or 229.52).
Can you fix a Mercedes AdBlue fault?
Yes. We first diagnose whether the fault is in the NOx sensor, the AdBlue pump or the injector. See NOx sensor replacement.
How much does a Mercedes-Benz scheduled service cost?
It depends on the model, the engine and the service due. Send your registration number and mileage and we will give you a cost estimate before the service.
Will my warranty stay valid if IVERA services the car?
Yes, as long as the car is serviced to the manufacturer’s schedule with parts of matching quality. EU competition rules do not require dealer servicing.
