Warranty and dealer service: under EU competition rules, a new car warranty does not require servicing at a franchised dealer, as long as the service follows the manufacturer’s instructions and uses parts of matching quality. IVERA is an independent workshop, not an authorised Opel dealer.

Frequently asked questions
Does my new Opel have the same engine as a Peugeot?
Many Opels launched after 2019 use Stellantis engines, such as the 1.2-litre PureTech petrol engine. We check the engine and its service schedule from the registration number.
Do you service the Opel Vivaro?
Yes. The Vivaro (2019→) shares its platform with the Toyota Proace, Peugeot Expert and Citroën Jumpy, and we service them a lot.
How much does a Opel scheduled service cost?
It depends on the model, the engine and the service due. Send your registration number and mileage and we will give you a cost estimate before the service.
Will my warranty stay valid if IVERA services the car?
Yes, as long as the car is serviced to the manufacturer’s schedule with parts of matching quality. EU competition rules do not require dealer servicing.
